About Nina
Nina Asusa is a Real Estate Broker and the Team Leader of The askNina Team. Nina joined the world of real estate in 2006 and quickly found herself helping clients achieve the lifestyle they wanted for themselves. The fact that many of these clients became friends was a pleasant reward of sorts, but not surprising seeing she loves people, is hardworking and trustworthy. Nina continues to channel her energy and extensive experience into her clients and the business, balancing her time between sales, business development, and mentoring agents. Creating a dynamic environment is very important to the success of The askNina Team.

Our Real Estate Agents work hard for their clients with a high level of professionalism and behind the scenes, Cindy, Monica and Colleen are committed to creating a high-level client and team experience. Combined, there is over 75 years of Real Estate experience in this team! As a team, we want to inspire our past, present, and future clients to find pleasure in the art of living, as seen from our social media activity and The Art of Living Blog section of our website.
We recognize that there are many factors that contribute to the real estate market, often many that are outside our control like the economy, government policies and mortgage rates, to name a few. However, regardless of those outside factors, as a team we are committed to work passionately for our clients. We will continue to use traditional, online and social media strategies to present our client’s homes to the world. We promise to research and try new ideas too! We will continue to protect our client’s interests whether buying or selling, because we understand that for most people their home is their biggest financial and emotional asset. In fact, everything we do as a team has our client at the core-the center of all our decisions.
We help buyers and sellers throughout the Greater Toronto Area, specializing in Downtown Brampton, Etobicoke, Bradford, and Lakelands community in Brampton; we can assist clients in various languages, including English, Spanish, and Lithuanian throughout the City of Toronto, as far north as Barrie, west towards Kitchener/Guelph and down towards Niagara.
